The staff were exceptionally kind and always willing to help. The bed in our room was extremely cozy and we had a great view from our window. The full English breakfast provided was absolutely amazing. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Seacombe ferry terminal, making it easy for us to travel across the Mersey to explore the city. Additionally, there were plenty of transportation options available, including buses, which made it very convenient for us to get around. The cleanliness of the hotel was also outstanding.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The value for money was superb, with affordable prices that included breakfast. The staff were attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and had lovely bathrooms. The hotel's location, close to a ferry terminal and with easy access to public transport to get into town, was very convenient. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided.
